Our Process

Our aim is to make your planning journey simple! Submit our enquiry form and you will receive a reply within 48 hours. We can either schedule a quick phone chat, or if you would prefer, just complete our more detailed questionnaire.
The aim of this stage is to obtain all the information we need to prepare a customised proposal and mood board for your wedding flowers.

A customised proposal and mood board will be emailed to you, including an all-inclusive cost estimate tailored to your individual requirements, for review.
Changes can be made at this time, or at the time of your Formal Quote, or Final Invoice.

To lock in your booking (and place a HUGE tick against flowers on your to-do list!) all you need to do is advise us by email.
We will send you our Terms & Conditions for signature, and an Invoice for your Design & Booking Fee (1/3 of the total cost). Your event is now entered into our calendar and we are yours exclusively for your wedding date!

We will contact you approximately half way between your confirmed booking and final invoice due date, to provide a Formal Quote.
This is a great time to provide us with any changes you would like to make to your order.

A Final Invoice is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date and all final changes must be advised before this time, as this is when we will place your order with our wholesalers.

A refined, classic floral foundation, with essential blooms for your bridal party, ceremony and reception spaces. Your budget will be focused on the bridal party and one focal space to create more of a statement, for either the ceremony or reception.

Allows your floral design to move beyond the basics to create more of a visual impact, including statement florals for your bridal party and an elegant, memorable ceremony space that can potentially be repurposed to work in a subsequent area, eg: pre-reception or reception.

Large ceremony feature
A combination of plinth and urn arrangements
Ceremony towers or floor arches

Your floral design generously unfolds across the day, with the inclusion of statement installations for your ceremony and/or reception spaces.
You may still wish to prioritise certain elements to achieve the most impact with your budget, however the overall outcome will be an abundance of blooms, beautifully curated to create long-lasting memories.

For when you wish to achieve editorial interest without constraint.
Includes grand installations and multi-statement moments, unfolding across every space. Where richly abundant florals meet impressive styling elements and absolutely nothing is compromised.
The result is a decadent, luxurious and indulgent event, where guests are immersed in blooms and the media takes note!

For the months of June, July & August only, we offer flower Fundamentals for your bridal party and one focal space: ceremony or reception.
